Behavior Contract

Golden Girls Orlando Trip 2008

I, ________________________________________, understand that from the time the Drill Team leaves for their trip to Orlando and returns to Conroe that Mrs. Blaylock, Miss Vallejo, the assigned principal, and all chaperones are in charge.  Their responsibilities consist of all decision making, dealing with disciplinary problems, and dealing with any further occurrences that may need their attention/authority.  We want this trip to be a safe and memorable one!

I realize that I must:

ü      Obey all school rules as they appear in the CHS student handbook.

ü      Obey all organizational rules as they appear in the constitution/demerit system.

ü      Remain in groups at all times.  Be early for check-ins. Never go anywhere alone!!!

ü      Conduct myself in a lady-like manner at all times.

ü      Respect property of all.

ü      Respect authorities in charge.

ü      Not use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products.

Remember that this is a school trip!!!

I realize that my behavior on this trip is a direct reflection on Conroe High School, Golden Girls, the community, my parents, and myself. I also realize that my behavior will have a direct effect on any future trips from Conroe High School.

I realize that if I disobey any of the rules and regulations set forth for this trip that my parents will be asked to come get me at their own expense or I will be sent home immediately at my parent’s expense.  In this event, I also realize that I will lose my membership in Golden Girls and the future opportunity to be a part of that organization.  School officials will administer further discipline.
