Rules, Regulations, and Important
Information

Booths will be assigned on a first
response basis.
Each booth will be approximately
10x10.
Parking for Vendor Vehicles- Once
you have unloaded, please move your vehicle away from the show to the designated
Vendor Parking location.
Tables and chairs will NOT be
provided.
Show will go on, rain or shine.
Booth check-in and set-up time will
begin at 6:30am on Saturday, November 17th.
Exhibits will open to the public at 9:00am and close for the day at
3:00pm. All displays and wares must
be removed by 5:00pm.
Electricity is not available.
Concessions will be provided for a
minimal cost by the Golden Girl Booster Club (GGBC).
Publicity will be provided by the
GGBC through the local newspapers, artisan and craftsman periodicals, signs,
flyers distributed, television, radio, and marquee at Conroe High School (faces
Hwy. 105). Any help that you can
provide in addition would GREATLY appreciated.
Local talent will be provided to draw potential customers.
Vendors of the same type of
merchandise will be limited and will be based upon first response basis.
Deadline for registering is October
19, 2007. Payment in full
is due with registration. Checks
should be payable to the GGBC.
Confirmation of booth locations,
vendors badges, a map, and other important reminders will be given at time of
check-in.
