Submit the Team Application Form HERE

Attend the Meeting

You and your parent/guardian must attend the Mandatory Audition Meeting on Tuesday, March 7 @ 6:30 PM in the CHS Main Campus LGI.

Turn in your Packet

Signed Audition Application Packets are due at the meeting on March 7. LATE PACKETS OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Get a Physical

A Physical Form must be on file with CHS or turned into the Directors by March 27 (the first day of the Audition Clinic).

Attend the Clinic & Auditions

The Audition Clinic is March 27-30 from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM at CHS Main Campus.

The Audition is on March 31 from 5:30 PM- TBA at CHS Main Campus.

Results will be posted on the Golden Girl website around 9:00pm
